I’m a psychologist, educator, and supervisor dedicated to helping practitioners like you bridge the gap between traditional clinical practice and the profound, transformative world of Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT). Whether you are drawn to the grounding presence of horses or the intuitive connection of dogs, my goal is to provide you with the clinical framework, ethical grounding, and practical skills needed to integrate these sentient partners into your therapeutic work.
Together, we’ll move beyond the "novelty" of having an animal in the room and focus on the intentional, evidence-based application of the human-animal bond to foster deeper healing and breakthrough for your clients.
I am a Board Approved Psychologist and endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist. My professional registered is with AHPRA (PSY0001956513) and I am also a member of Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).
Sport Psychology Sessions for Equestrian Athletes
Equestrian athletes juggle complex physical skills, emotional regulation, and a deep connection with their horses. Performance anxiety, fear of failure, loss of confidence, and mental blocks can all interfere with your ability to ride at your best. Sport psychology helps you develop the mental tools to overcome these challenges and unlock your full potential. I offer individual sessions and group Sport Psychology sessions via telehealth. I also offer Workshops and Clinics specifically designed for for groups and clubs.

As a registered psychologist in Australia, I am required to adhere to strict legal and ethical advertising guidelines, which specifically prohibit the use of client testimonials.
This policy is governed by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the National Law.
The reason for this is to to uphold the integrity of the profession and protect the public, for example, to protect client confidentiality - even a seemingly anonymous testimonial could risk unintentionally confirming a therapeutic relationship, which is a breach of client confidentiality.
My commitment to meeting these legal and ethical standards means I do not feature testimonials on this website. However, I welcome all feedback from all my clients at any time.
